I had the pleasure of meeting this lovely family yesterday for their first family portrait session. I love working with easy going people. Who doesn’t! I was lucky enough to have a family that understood the importance of lighting and I’m very grateful for that because now I have these awesome pictures.
Meet David and Sana, some of the most kind, understanding and down to earth people you’ll ever meet. Yesterday they made it official and I was there to capture it all.

Even though I’m a professional photographer with access to all the professional gear a girl could want I still like using my dinky little iPhone to capture the everyday things. I guess it’s because I don’t have to think about it too much.
The University of Toronto is most beautiful this time of year. Mitch and I decided to go out and capture some of the awesomeness that is spring after seeing a friend’s Instagram pictures. For those of you who happen to be engaged and haven’t gotten your engagement pictures done yet I would definitely recommend this location. Heck, I would recommend this location even if you’re not engaged.
